Karen Grete

Coming from a traditionl Danish family on the island of Møn it was an idyllic childhood. My grandparents and relatives had big family farms and made everything from scratch from fresh ingredients.   When raising my children, I was a stay at home wife and enjoyed making all of the traditional recipes and traditions for my family.  As well, I have lived in Denmark, Spain, Germany and the US.  From time to time I like to throw in a recipe from one of the countries I have lived in and as well a modern recipe too.

Karen Grete worked at the world famous Permanente in Copenhagen.  In the US, Karen Grete worked in the Linguistic department at Ohio State University and was annually the Top Sales Associate nationwide for P.G.
